G. S. Mangat (Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public) Member Law Society of Ontario is Director of Mangat Law Office. He entered into the legal profession in the year 1983 as Law Student in the Department of Laws, Punjabi University, Patiala, India. He was called to Ontario bar in June 2017.

Mr. Mangat has successfully represented clients in the matters concerning immigration, criminal law, family law & real estate. He actively safeguards the client’s interests.

Mr. Mangat has vast experience on matters related to Estate, Wills, Power of attorney and other matters.

Harvinder Kaur heads the Human Resources & Administrative department of Mangat Law Office.

Harvinder is a meticulous planner, efficient organizer and an adept co-ordinator. These qualities keep the office up and running in the most expert manner.

She is responsible for office administration, book keeping, accounts, human resources and customer service.

Shubh completed his Bachelor of Laws from Panjab University, Chandigarh and has also graduated from the same university with a Master of Laws Degree having specialization in Corporate and Commercial Laws.

Shubh practiced law in the Punjab and Haryana High Court in the areas of Corporate Law, Property Law, Consumer laws etc. He also taught law for a brief period in Chandigarh University before moving to Canada. Shubh has his interests in the areas of Immigration Laws, Corporate Law and Provincial Regulatory offences.

When not working he follows the latest updates in the field hockey and likes to go out for cycling.

Shubh is a member of the Punjab and Haryana Bar Council and Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association since 2016.

Dilawar Graduated from UILS Panjab University, Chandigarh with a Bachelor’s Degree of Laws. He works as a Legal Assistant at Mangat law office and is undergoing the lawyer licensing process of Law society of Ontario.

Dilawar has a keen interest in the areas of Criminal Law and Income tax law. Outside the legal field, Dilawar is passionate about automobiles and is a charismatic human being.

He assists client in matters related to criminal law, immigration, traffic tickets etc.
